Job Responsibility
  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Responsible for monitoring daily activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice that only approved materials used in compliance with shop drawings and report about the same to the Senior Management. (Site and Factory)
  • Preparation & submission of MIR & WIRs to consultant for inspections. ? Prepare Site Quality observation/NCRS Report for rectification of NCs.
  • Monitor progress of work, control material-procurement and cost of execution & quality of works. (Factory)
  • Manage project right from scratch including quality meetings, coordinating with other services, handling various queries and interacting with Project and Design team personally. (Site and Factory)
  • Prepare planning schedule, Inspection and test plans; monitor quality of works as per the specifications & drawings, issue invoices and maintain quality documents. (Site and factory)
  • Responsible for monitoring Mock up (Visual & Performance) test which will be conducted by third party in presence of client and consultant. (Mock up)
  • In charge in materials inspection, production control and accurate documentation of QA/QC procedures.

  • Inspect the storage requirements of all the materials.
  • Establish and maintain procedures to ensure that the works comply with the specified requirements.

Planning & Production: Job Responsibilities

  • Optimise production planning and control with up-to-date information on demand variation affecting raw material requirements, and ultimately affecting production planning.
  • Notify customer service of anticipated delays before these delays impact customer satisfaction
  • Planning & forecasting the future requirements of the project regarding 3M – Men, Material & Machine.
  • Creating project plans, implementation schedules for projects.
  • Planning & procuring the bill of materials based on strategic activities

  • Maintaining stock ledger for all different projects and providing periodical inventory report to the management / client for their internal review.
  • Preparing and providing daily and weekly reports to Management like DPR, manpower deployment report, daily / weekly material inward and outward report.
  • Coordination with Design, Purchase, Store as well as vendor for the timely completion of different projects on regular basis.
  • Produce and monitor production analysis with KPI Dashboards regarding capacity, production line operations, work order flow, quality and costs
  • Keep track of plant operations, shifts, resources and availability of specific skills with KPI Dashboards to improve efficiency and maximize quality
  • Monitor production yield standards and performance variations and drill down to details with KPI Dashboards to analyse the root cause of the increase or decrease in yield.
  • Monitor production results and ensure on-time delivery and appropriate inventory levels
  • Monitor suppliers and parts requirements to decrease delays and shortages
  • Follow trends in quality variations across products, shifts & yield
  • Monitor variation in actual material costs vs. planned costs
